Heya,

Another month has passed and spring has finally sprung here, which feels incredibly good. I've stepped up my game in the healing process through diet, exercise and trying to get my circadian rhythm back in order. The last one got really messed up when I was doing web dev, and I hadn't been quite a diligent as I'd like with the other two. I'm working on developing a better routine. Spring cleaning all around, you could say. I hope you're doing well in whatever your current pursuits are.

Ableton have released the public beta for Live 11.3 last week. Included in all editions of it is a new synth called Drift. I love it and so I've created an in depth video tutorial for you. Whether you're a beta tester or just curious what you'll be getting for free in a while, it's worth checking it out.

Ableton Live Quick Tips: Rapidly Renaming Clips

This video tutorial was inspired by a question in an Ableton Facebook group. In it I'm showing you two tricks for quickly renaming clips, because despite knowing that we should name the tracks, we all forget sometimes. And having a well organised Live Set is better for mixing, turning it into a live performance set, and making it easier to understand months or even years later.
